Energy Modeling and Analysis Services

Wark Energy Consulting uses eQUEST to conduct the following energy modeling services:

LEED energy modeling and documentation
Wark Energy provides a range of services from economical single energy models starting at $3000, to full project support from SD through CD phases and complete submission process of LEED Energy Performance credits.

Local energy code compliance modeling and documentation
Wark Energy has experience providing energy modeling and documentation submittals for energy conservation code compliance in NY, CA (Title 24), NJ, MA, and other jurisdictions with ASHRAE-based codes, ensuring that you will get reliable modeling, documentation, and follow-up for construction projects throughout the U.S.

Utility and government incentive energy modeling
Wark Energy has extensive experience providing energy modeling for building design support and subsequent documentation for a number of incentive programs including those offered by NYSERDA, ConEd, PG&E, PSEG, and P4P. A large variety of incentive programs exist throughout the U.S. - please contact us to find out how we can support your specific goals.

Energy modeling for ASHRAE Level II & III energy audits and GHG studies
Wark Energy has provided energy modeling support for energy audits and retro-commissioning of many buildng types, including landmark and historic buildings. Many of these projects were part of incentive programs associated with related building upgrades. Energy modeling for these services typically includes utility bill analysis, a calibration of the energy usage in the existing building, and studies of specifc energy conservation measures to determine potential energy cost and greenhouse gas reductions associated with each measure.
